DownTime is released under a two-clause BSD licence.

The following are the intended requirements for the installation and operation of DownTime:

• a POSIX compliant operating environment
• a fully configured X Window System environment
• GTK sources

In other words, a CVSROOT of ":pserver:anoncvs@nickwithers.com:/downtime" (without the quotes) should be right!
